Council Membership Committee member Gary Rycroft spoke to AAT Comment about digital assets in end-of-life planning.
He is quoted saying: “There’s no issue claiming them, as long as you trace them. The job you have when someone dies is to find the assets and pass them on to the right people.
“Clearly, one of the most important factors in that is knowing where to look, and when things are online, you have to know they’re online and be able to log in and find them.”
